3. Products and Availability
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. An item may become unavailable after you place your order, in which case we will notify you and either cancel the order or offer an alternative.
We attempt to display accurate images, descriptions, and specs for all products; however, we do not guarantee that these will be fully accurate, complete, current or free from error.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
- Payment methods accepted include PayPal and/or bank wire transfer (for certain orders).
- California orders may require payment of applicable sales tax (currently 8.25%) when shipping to addresses in California.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions or shipping costs at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid in full.
5. Shipping, Returns & Inspection
- Processed orders will be shipped via Federal Express or equivalent carrier. All shipments are insured.
- Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- All sales are final.
6. Warranty
Any warranty offered by us is provided only by Watches & Watches and not the manufacturer, unless explicitly stated. This warranty does not cover wear & tear, damage due to misuse or water resistance exceeded, crown/stem/case/bracelet damage, crystal/glass, and any component not included in the specified warranty.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site (text, photographs, images, logos, designs, trade-dress) is the property of Watches & Watches or used with permission. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit or display any content from the Site without our written permission.
Brand names and trademarks appearing on the Site remain the property of the respective brand owners; their inclusion is for identification and reference only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data or goodwill).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. You agree that any dispute in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
