Santos 100 Watches

The Cartier Santos is a watch which has tremendous significance in the world of horology. After pleading for a watch which Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont could use while flying, his request was met in 1904 by Louis Cartier in one of the first wristwatches ever, the Cartier Santos. The watch features a bold square dial which is perfectly balanced with seamless rounded curves along with exposed screws which add to the iconic design which the Santos is globally known for. The Cartier Santos 100 was introduced for the 100th anniversary of the watch in 2004 and features accent touches which give it a much more distinguishable look, including a case which is up to 10mm larger than the original.
