ORDERS & PAYMENTS

WatchesandWatches.com gladly accepts payment in the form of bank wire transfer, via Paypal.com, personal check. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. 

- Payments over $5000 require a bank transfer

WIRE TRANSFER: Acceptable for both domestic & international orders. A 3% discount is applied on the purchase price if payment is made with bank wire transfer. Bank transfer information will be provided via email, fax or phone upon notice of preference to pay with bank wire transfer. Payment via wire transfer allows expedited order processing as it reduces 11-day waiting period applicable on paper payment methods such as check and money order. 

PAYPAL.COM: Acceptable for domestic orders only. You may pay from your credit card or checking account through Paypal.com. Simply log on to Paypal.com and send payment to our Paypal.com account:billing@watchesandwatches.com. If merchandise is to be shipped to the state of California, please add applicable 8.25% sales tax. Merchandise will be shipped to the Paypal.com confirmed address. If shipping address is not confirmed, you may be notified to send payment via other means (wire transfer or personal check).

Note: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing for orders paid with check or money order. Processing period begins on the date we receive the actual check. Funds must be cleared before we ship the merchandise. 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS: Acceptable payment methods for international orders are bank wire transfer orinternational money order. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. Ramerica Fine Jewelry & Watches charges only the purchase price and shipping. International shipments have higher shipping rates; please inquire before sending payment. 
Note: International shipments may be subject to custom duties and taxes, which are at the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. 

LAY-AWAY: You may purchase any item on WatchesandWatches.com on a lay-away basis. A non-refundable 10% deposit based on the purchase price is required to hold an item for you. The remainder must be paid within 60 days; otherwise, the transaction is forfeited. 

INSPECTION PERIOD: We give our customers 7-day inspection period. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, item may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise and refund less shipping cost will be issued the same way you have paid for the item. 

SHIPPING
All processed orders are shipped via Federal Express. All shipments are insured. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Customer receives email from WatchesandWatches.com via Federal Express of the order's tracking number. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Not all items on WatchesandWatches.com may be currently available. If merchandise is needed immediately, it is best to call 1-213-614-8844 or our toll-free number 1-888-429-0888 to check its availability. But items may always be pre-ordered. 

PRE-ORDER
If you see an item with a *Pre-Order Only* note, such item is not currently available. If you wish to order such item, fill-out the Order Form and you will be contacted by a sales agent by phone or by email for estimated time of completion of your order. In most cases, they are available in about 5-7 working days.
